Top Chef Estrellas Telemundo

 

Top Chef Estrellas on NBC Telemundo is the first Spanish version of the famous culinary competition.  Chefs Jaime and Ramiro were selected to be the judges of such prestigious competition, along with renown chef Lorena Garcia.  The participants are all celebrities (singers, actors, actresses) and the grand prize of $100,000 is awarded to the charity organization chosen by the winner.



St. Joseph Health System Healthy For Life Recipe Videos

 

SJHS has partnered with celebrity Mexican food chefs Jaime Martín del Campo and Ramiro Arvizu, owners of the award-winning restaurant La Casita Mexicana, to developed the Healthy For Life Recipes, a series of recipes for children and their families that are easy, taste great and healthy. Videos with the Chefs highlighting the health benefits of the Healthy For Life Recipes were produced and being used as educational materials on healthy eating.



OC Fair Cooking Demo

 

Orange County Fair is one of the largest fairs in the nation, it brings thousands of people into the fair grounds.  It presents concerts from renown talent from around the world, and it 2013 they bring chefs Jaime and Ramiro to present a cooking demo of one of their top recipes in front of thousands of people.  www.ocfair.com



La Opinion Newspaper Recipe Mag Collection

La Opinion, the leading Spanish-language newspaper in the US partnered with Chefs Jaime & Ramiro to develop a series of 5 bilingual, recipe magazines with traditional Mexican cuisine.  The main theme of the recipe magazines was holiday cooking made easy, where the chefs used their expertise and magic to create recipes that are easy to make with familiar ingredients to the communities of Los Angeles county.



ConAgra Foods Recipe Booklet & Demo Tour

ConAgra Foods partnered with Chefs Jaime & Ramiro to develop a bilingual campaign with a recipe booklet and cooking demos.  It was heavily advertised in radio, internet, stores POS, posters, etc.  The recipes incorporated some of the products that ConAgra Foods wanted to showcase in the Latino segments such as Pam, Rotel, & Rosarito brands.
